Last week, we were delighted to host our first corporate fundraiser at the Deutsche Bank headquarters in East London.
Well-attended by CEOs, NGOs, friends, family, musicians, government representatives, Rotarians and the like, we were grateful to have so many PFP supporters take the time to hear about our plans for 2015 and to offer their help in making them reality! CEO of Deutsche Bank UK, Eileen Taylor, opened the event with words of support for PFP, its founders, and the future of the initiative. Our incredible mentor, Drew Price, then welcomed all who attended and passed the mic over to us. We spoke about the exciting projects that are to come in 2015, including the partnership with Colabora Birmania in Thailand, the Children’s Orphanage of Erbil in Iraq, and the Refugee Council UK. The official PFP egg shakers that decked the cocktail tables were a hit, and we hope to see supporters out and about town with their PFP shopping bags. To order one of your own and help spread the word about our initiative, contact us! Thank you to all who made the launch a brilliant (and fun) success!
